VertPop Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VertPop mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. Some content is intended for mature audiences.

2. The Service

VertPop is a discovery app for short-form drama content. It helps you browse, track, and rate dramas and links out to third-party platforms where that content is hosted. VertPop does not necessarily host the underlying video and is not responsible for third-party platforms' content or availability.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse or interfere with the App or its infrastructure; (b) attempt to access data not intended for you; (c) use the App for unlawful purposes; or (d) reverse engineer or scrape the App except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and VertPop branding are owned by VertPop and its licensors. Drama content and associated trademarks belong to their respective owners. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The App surfaces and links to content on third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and policies. We do not endorse and are not liable for third-party content.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VertPop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
